About Us
My husband Charles asked me to find a hobby besides shopping, and that was the beginning of Angelic's Kitchen! The business started off with us working just one festival to us working over twenty festivals during the spring & summer months. Angelic's Kitchen has grown over the years , we now have a food truck , our own exclusive seafood breading and a Soul Food Eatery Restaurant in the Dairy Market. My specialty is fish that is dipped in my exclusive seafood breading and fried to perfection! My breading is also great for frying other seafood items like shrimp & scallops.
